Aw shucks, realised that the cut-outs at along the arm are not visible in this picture. T_T But you get the idea from the cut-out at the shoulder... The same pattern runs down the hem of the sleeve, with 3 cut-outs in total. Dressed up the look with my baroque leggings and voila, super a lot of cut-outs!
Some of my colleagues jokingly asked how come I had holes in my sleeves, to which I replied that I didn't have enough thread. Then I pointed at my leggings and lamented that I didn't have enough cloth either. Lame-O. Well, if there wasn't enough cloth, it probably was what the dress lacked - hence I had to pair it with leggings or risk it being too short for the office. The dress actually comes with a skirt lining (of really good quality too!) so no worries on it being too sheer.
Intentionally wore my velvet flats with the peekaboo cut-outs to go with the leggings as well. Talk about overkill, huh?
So alright, I toned it down with the accessories. Just a simple stack of 2 rings with my bling Mickey chain ((: My rings are actually a set of 3 rings (together with this other ring seen here) which I bought with my bonus a couple of years ago. Like. A reminder of all the hard work I've put in! Guess there won't be any rewards for a while as I have to save up!!

ReplyDelete((: Me too! One of the rare green items in my wardrobe! Because when you wear so much brown, and throw in some green, I appear to look like some walking tree. Boo.
