Day 36. Again, it was back to the office. Today marked, however, the last full-stop. I finally finished everything humanly possible that I wanted to accomplish before I left service after 4 hours in the stifling, non-ac, Sunday office. The video (read here and here) is my only 遺憾...

Anyway, back to the outfit. I decked out in something comfy and light as I knew the office would be an oven. Ditched my conditioner today so my hair exploded - random. Before leaving my place, I was actually re-thinking my outfit because it seemed like something I would have worn back in uni, which was like 10 years ago?! I'm not sure I know how to dress my age, especially now that I've left the corporate world. Ah, who cares right!!

I was telling my colleagues that I have an 'Exit' sign in my house. See! It's on the right of the photo... I wasn't bluffing ;)

My zao lor bag! This was my very first bag from Yahoo Auctions back in uni days. It was a pre-loved item that I nabbed at only 8 bucks. It looks worn out here but ahem it is more than 10 years old, and I fold it so that it can fit in with my other bags in storage (hence the giant crease running down the centre of the bag). Lugged this bag today as I had some remnants to bring back from office and I was going supermarketing for Bielet's diapers, milk and food. Zao lor bags are ze best, I don't care that they overwhelm me!

My skirt - Of little fluffy white birds flying amidst flowers, sheep-looking clouds and red/white/black polka dots. The pattern is so pretty, as long as you don't over-analyse it, I suppose!

One of my favouritest necklaces! This was bought back when Emm and I went to Taipei. The bronze chain adorned with bright baubles, an ancient key and a beautifully carved wooden elephant. All little elements which I fancy very much.

And, as the title of this post suggests, the main 'star' of my outfit is this pair of Kermit The Frog sandals. Beams. Courtesy of my sis! LOVE! I fell in love with this pair of Birkin's since a year ago but it was sold out in my size. My sis actually remembered and finally tracked down my size at the MBS outlet, then bought it as a surprise ((: So sweet right? Guess the recent Muppets movie revived the design.

While this outfit was comfy, I started melting after about an hour in the oven - I mean, office, so I tied my hair up with a bunch of rubber bands that were lying around. The weather didn't let up much when I left the office, so basically I was on the brink of self-combustion )): As usual. Back at home, my 省钱 project is massively failing because I keep succumbing to my air-conditioner. Wails.
