So, I think I mentioned going to a farmers' market a while back and boy was I chuffed that we went to the Hamilton Farmers' Market (see more info here). It was exactly how I pictured it would be - tonnes of fresh produce with sweet offerings of freshly picked flowers and jars of honey goodness.
Homemade doggie treats! We bought some back for my bro's sheltie, Mitten, but unfortunately our domesticated pup didn't take too well to the exciting flavours!
Bought some preserves for the girls here! They had really exotic offerings with whiskey, port and other alcoholic additions to the usual orange marmalade and the like. The girls had nothing but praises for the preserves! Darnnnn, should have lugged another jar home for me-self. Sulks.
Off to the honey stop, where I got 2 bottles for my bff :) Come to think of it, she never mentioned whether it was good. Howcomelikethattttttttt

And while I have no particular fondness for carrots, I was so taken by this sight. Like I didn't even know there were these variations of carrots and that they could look so wild! Makes you just want to gnaw off those little orange bits, right?
